  Enjoyed a Sunday afternoon here with my family the real ales were very good the staff were fantastic. Our Sunday roast was a bit of a let down it was very busy but my beef was over cooked and had no flavour. But the pudding made up for this it was gorgeous

  Unfortunately, the worst meal I have had in a very long time. From the outset we were disappointed; 3/4 of the menu was unavailable, so we were heavily restricted in our choices.
  
  The food that did arrive was absent of taste, presentation, or culinary skill. The potato and spinach cake was merely a mound of mushy vegetables, and the wellington lacked any flavour whatsoever.
  
  The service was fine, but it could not make up for the incredibly disappointing food.
  
  Would I recommend you eat at the Fox? Absolutely not.

  popped in Sunday with the other half for a roast. On arrival we were told to find our own table which we did we sat down and waited but all the waiters and waitresses just tried to avoid customers as much as they could. We left after 20 minutes of waiting. This is shocking service for such a highly rated place. Will.not be visiting again.
